From humble beginnings, Coventry MotoFest has evolved to become the UK's leading free-to-attend motoring festival. A far-reaching and inclusive narrative has been a primary driver in promoting the festival since 2015 and has played a huge part in establishing its profile and status. With the pandemic forcing substantial changes to the 2021 format, a reactive and dynamic PR approach was critical to its success in building awareness and communicating change. Through PR we reached an audience of 73million to attract over 75,000 visitors in one of the toughest ever climates for live events – and all on a £12,000 budget.
