To prompt sales for New Land Rover Defender from active, time-poor Land Rover drivers, we put them directly and effortlessly in contact with a Land Rover Retailer at the touch of a button. We used an innovative DM pack with a tech-enabled dial that could be turned to seamlessly trigger a call-back from a Defender expert at a retailer. CRM system integration ensured customer data was passed to their preferred retailer, creating a connected customer journey enabled by data. Overall 2,508 customers requested contact from a Defender expert (50% response rate), selling 309 cars and generating an ROI of 49:1.
